This solicitation is for the construction of a surfacing structure on Highway No. 4 south of Rosetown, from approximately 1.3 km north of its junction with Grid 752 to approximately 4.5 km north of its junction with Highway No. 15, covering a total distance of 29.65 km. The work includes the use of reclaimed asphalt concrete and asphalt concrete in place, with estimated quantities of 239,500 m2 and 28,000 tonnes respectively. The completion date for the project is November 30, 2026.
