Description

This Request for Proposal (RFP) solicits proposals to provide a solution to continue and enhance the existing operation of the Virginia Paternity Establishment Program (VPEP) for the Virginia Department of Social Services (VDSS) on behalf of the Division of Child Support Enforcement (DCSE). The program focuses on establishing paternity for parents of children born out-of-wedlock in the Commonwealth of Virginia.
