The Capital Region Airport Commission is soliciting bids from qualified, experienced, and licensed contractors to provide all labor, supervision, equipment, materials, transportation, and incidentals necessary to perform Landside Pressure Washing Services at Richmond International Airport. Services include scheduled and on-call pressure washing of parking garages, terminal sidewalks, roadways, commercial lanes, valet areas, pedestrian walkways, and other operational landside areas as directed by the Commission. The work supports the cleanliness, appearance, safety, and operational functionality of public-facing airport facilities and must be performed according to the terms, conditions, and specifications outlined in the Invitation for Bids.
