Description

As permitted by FAR Part 10, this Sources Sought Notice (SSN) is being utilized for informational and planning purposes National Cemetery Administration (NCA) Nationwide Tier II IT Support Services. Your response will assist the Government in the development of its acquisition strategy for a possible Request for Quote (RFQ), to be issued on a later date.   This SSN shall not be construed as an RFQ or as any commitment or obligation on the part of the Government to issue a solicitation. No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this SSN or any follow-up information requests.   Response is strictly voluntary - it is not mandatory to submit a response to this notice to participate in any formal RFQ process that may take place in the future however, it should be noted that information gathered through this notice may significantly influence VA s acquisition strategy.    Interested Contractors that can provide the services and/or products identified in the Performance Work Statement (PWS) shall submit a Capabilities Statement on company letterhead demonstrating the company s qualifications to perform the defined work. Responses must be complete and sufficiently detailed to address the specific information. The information submitted shall not exceed ten (10) pages. Excessive reliance on promotional brochures is discouraged.
