NIWC Atlantic is seeking technical support services for its Software Defined Radio Solutions (SDRS) Integrated Product Team (IPT): - Government Buyer: - Department of the Navy, Naval Information Warfare Center Atlantic (NIWC Atlantic) - Scope of Work: - Technical support for software defined radio (SDR) communication systems and related technologies - Services include systems engineering, waveform development, software engineering, test and evaluation, program management, and procurement support - Support for waveform design, software development, testing, procurement, warranty management, and lifecycle support for Joint Communications Marketplace (JCM) - Development and maintenance of SDR development environments and reference platforms, including modular open systems architecture and cryptographic subsystems - IT infrastructure support, backup, recovery, configuration control, and vulnerability patching - Test and evaluation of waveforms, radios, networked systems, and electronic warfare resiliency - Equipment and material procurement, fabrication, warranty tracking, and cybersecurity compliance - Requirements: - Contractor must maintain CMMC Level 2 certification - Top-Secret facility clearance with SCI access required - Contractor must provide facilities near NIWC Atlantic - Estimated 66 Full Time Equivalents (FTEs) per year - Contract Details: - 5-year Cost-Plus-Fixed-Fee (CPFF) contract - Estimated value: $50M–$100M - Incumbent: Scientific Research Corporation - No specific OEMs, vendors, or product part numbers are identified in the documentation - Place of Performance: - Primarily at NIWC Atlantic, Charleston, South Carolina - Contracting office at US Navy Hanahan Facility, Hanahan, SC
