The Naval Surface Warfare Center Philadelphia Division (NSWCPD) is seeking instructor-led, on-site Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) training and consultation services for its personnel. - Government Buyer: - Department of the Navy, Naval Surface Warfare Center Philadelphia Division (NSWCPD), Department 53 - HM&E Control Systems, Navigation, Networks & Cyber Engineering - Products/Services Requested: - On-site, instructor-led MBSE training course for at least 25 participants - Minimum duration: 3 days - Topics include: SysML overview, modeling functional requirements, structural and behavioral models, requirements iteration - All instructional materials, workbooks, reference manuals, hardware tools, software licenses, and consumable supplies to be provided by the contractor - Training to be delivered in-person at NSWCPD Philadelphia facility - Unique/Notable Requirements: - Firm fixed price contract - Training must occur between July and September (projected for July or August), with daily sessions from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm - Final invoice submission required before end of September - Total Small Business Set-Aside - No specific OEMs or vendors are named in the solicitation - No product part numbers or specific hardware/software brands are referenced

The Naval Surface Warfare Center Philadelphia Division intends to procure services that will provide instructor-led training and consultation for an introductory Model Based Systems Engineering course conducted for no less than 25 seats on-site at NSWCPD and no less than 3 days in length.This is a Total Small Business Set-Aside.
