The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service is updating its regulations to provide the public with the most current information for the headquarters program and Regional offices. This final rule updates mailing and street addresses for Headquarters and the eight Regional offices to ensure accurate contact and submission information. The updates are administrative and technical in nature and do not alter the rights, duties, or obligations of the public. The rule is effective upon publication and does not require prior notice or public comment due to its non-substantive nature.
