The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) is convening the fifth and sixth meetings of the World Radiocommunication Conference Advisory Committee (WRC Advisory Committee) to prepare for the 2027 World Radiocommunication Conference (WRC-27). - Meetings will be held at FCC headquarters in Washington, DC - Focus is on reviewing status reports and recommendations from Informal Working Groups (IWG) - Agenda includes: - Updates from the National Telecommunications and Information Administration (NTIA) - Approval of previous meeting minutes - Consideration of documents and recommendations for WRC-27 - Planning for future meetings - Meetings are open to the public with opportunities for audience participation - Accommodations are available for persons with disabilities - No products, OEMs, or vendors are being procured as part of this notice

This notice advises interested persons that the fifth and sixth meetings of the World Radiocommunication Conference Advisory Committee (WRC Advisory Committee) will be held at the Federal Communications Commission (FCC). These meetings will consider status reports and recommendations from its Informal Working Groups concerning preparation for the 2027 World Radiocommunication Conference (WRC-27). The meetings aim to finalize Recommendations for WRC-27 Agenda Items and Future Conference Agenda Items. The meetings are open to the public and will be held on August 4 and September 25, 2026.
