Description

The U.S. Department of Commerce has determined that certain monomers and oligomers from the Republic of Korea are being sold in the United States at less than fair value. The investigation period covers January 1, 2024, through December 31, 2024. The determination includes findings of critical circumstances for imports from specific producers and exporters.
