The City of McAllen is soliciting proposals for Retail Convenience Operations at the McAllen Central Bus Station. Proposals must be submitted electronically through the City of McAllen’s bidding portal by June 25, 2026, at 3:00 p.m. CDT. A pre-submittal conference will be held on June 11, 2026, both in person and via Zoom. A non-mandatory site visit is encouraged and can be arranged by contacting the Transit Director. The City reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to accept the proposal considered the best value.
