Description

The Town of Shrewsbury, for the Shrewsbury School Department, is seeking a qualified Designer to provide services for the design, construction, addition to, and/or renovation of the Shrewsbury High School Project in Shrewsbury, Massachusetts. The Designer will initially partner with the Owner during the feasibility study and schematic design phases. Subject to approval and funding, the contract may be amended to include further phases such as design development, construction documents, bid and award, construction, and final closeout. The potential project may involve renovation, addition, and/or new construction with an estimated construction cost ranging from $125,000,000 to $150,000,000.
