Introduction - In accordance with Part 10 of the Federal Acquisition Regulation the U.S. Government (USG) is issuing this sources sought in an effort to understand market availability of contractor capabilities described in this posting. Responses to this posting may be used to formulate final requirements and/or to identify qualified vendors capable of meeting those requirements. The information gathered may be used to formulate acquisition strategies for competitive solicitations. Background -The United States Department of Justice (DOJ), Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), Firearms Training Unit (FTU) is seeking offerors for a service contract to provide quarterly (four times per year), detailed factory maintenance of the ManCom Systems, Action Target Systems, the legacy Blackwater and the Mancom modified Blackwater firearm live fire target systems.  Contractor Qualifications - The FBI is requesting a maximum of 10 pages submitted in contractor format addressing the topics below. The statement should provide (evidence to show that your company can provide services and/or products (i.e. technical ability, personnel, and experience). See attached Statement of Work. Information provided shall be succinct and related to the requested information. All submissions shall be unclassified.
