Description

The Department of Financial Services, Division of Office of Information Technology, intends to enter into an agreement with Smart IT Tools, LLC to procure SmartAMS software and associated services. The contract term is for thirty-seven months from June 1, 2026, to June 30, 2029. The contractor will upgrade, maintain, and support the proprietary SmartAMS software utilized by the Department. This is a notice of intent to negotiate a single source contract; it is not a competitive bid.
