The Government of Nunavut is inviting tenders for the provision of air charter services to Kivalliq Region Communities from Rankin Inlet. Qualified bidders must be either an Air Carrier holding an Air Operator Certificate issued by Transport Canada and a domestic carrier licence issued by the Canadian Transportation Agency, or a Reseller with a direct contractual relationship with a licensed Air Carrier.
