The City of El Paso is soliciting proposals for the Sun Metro Transit Asset Management Plan Update. The contract involves updating the Transit Asset Management (TAM) Plan for Sun Metro - Mass Transit Department. The scope includes all labor, overhead, meetings, travel, project coordination, data collection, interviews, condition assessments, analysis, development of deliverables, workshops, training, reporting, and other incidental costs required to complete the services. The City will order supplies and/or services from one successful offeror as needed, with personnel from Sun Metro authorized to place orders. The contract award is expected around October 2026.
