Description
The County of Sacramento Department of Health Services, Behavioral Health Services, seeks one qualified organization currently contracted for Outpatient and/or Intensive Outpatient Substance Use Disorder treatment services. The organization must provide a structured, 24/7 peer-operated sober living environment/recovery residence for Sacramento County residents aged 18 and older with co-occurring substance use disorder and serious mental illness, literal homelessness, high justice-system involvement, and low treatment readiness. The program aims to reduce crisis cycles, enhance safety, increase treatment participation, and support long-term recovery and reintegration. The pilot program is funded with an estimated budget of $2,200,000 to support up to 25 individuals and related staffing and services.
