Description
The Office of Traffic Safety (OTS), a division of the Department of Public Safety (DPS), is seeking proposals from an experienced full-service media agency. The selected contractor will develop creative services for traffic safety messages and enforcement programs, provide ad hoc creative services for traffic safety education, and negotiate and administer paid media buys. The contractor will collaborate with OTS and the DPS Office of Communications to develop concepts and select effective advertising channels to promote traffic safety and prevent traffic deaths and injuries in the state.
