Description
The Reno-Tahoe Airport Authority (RTAA) is seeking proposals from qualified concessionaires to design, develop, manage, and operate food & beverage and retail concessions at Reno-Tahoe International Airport. This procurement aims to replace expiring concession agreements and support the redevelopment of airport facilities under the MoreRNO capital program. Proposals can be submitted for multiple packages across various airport locations including New Concourse A & B, the Terminal Connector, and pre-security areas. The contract will be a Non-Exclusive Concession Lease effective upon approval and signing by the RTAA Board of Trustees. Awards will be based on the most advantageous proposal considering multiple criteria, with the RTAA reserving the right to not award and to negotiate additional services.
