Moore County, North Carolina is seeking qualified firms to provide photogrammetric professional services for high-resolution aerial imagery and mapping: - Government Buyer: - County of Moore, North Carolina (Financial Services, Purchasing Manager) - Scope of Work: - Acquisition of new high-resolution natural color digital aerial imagery for the entire county - Imagery must support orthorectification at 4-inch or 6-inch pixel resolution, 4-band digital orthoimagery - Option to include oblique photography at the same resolution - Adherence to North Carolina Technical Specifications for Digital Orthophoto Base Mapping - Tasks include flight planning, airborne GNSS-IMU and ground control surveys, imagery acquisition, post-processing, aerotriangulation, QA/QC, and project closeout documentation - Deliverables: GeoTIFF files, seamline polygons, metadata, quality review corrections, flight and control plans, quality reports, and final project report - Vendors must share ground control coordinates, AT data, exploitation images, and look-up tables - Unique/Notable Requirements: - Coordination required with military areas including Fort Bragg and Camp Mackall - Vendors may propose additional data capture services as optional add-ons - Firms must be registered with the NC Secretary of State and provide qualifications, references, product quality methods, and timeline - No specific OEMs or vendors are named; the solicitation is open to qualified professional firms

The County of Moore is seeking qualifications from professional firms to provide photogrammetric professional services. The scope includes acquiring high-resolution natural color digital aerial imagery with airborne GNSS-IMU control and ground surveyed control to support orthorectification of 4-inch or 6-inch pixel resolution 4-band digital orthoimagery. The County is also interested in an option to add oblique photography at the same resolution. The project requires adherence to the North Carolina Technical Specifications for Digital Orthophoto Base Mapping and includes tasks such as flight planning, control surveys, imagery acquisition, quality assurance, and project closeout documentation.
