Description

The City of Pasadena Department of Public Works, Building Systems and Fleet Management Division (BSFMD), is seeking a qualified vendor to provide authorized BMW motorcycle service, repair, maintenance, and tire services on an as-needed basis. Services will support the Police Department motorcycles utilized for public safety and operations, including preventative maintenance, diagnostics, repairs, and tire repair and replacement. This informal solicitation aims to establish a vendor for ongoing service needs throughout Fiscal Year 2027. The City operates approximately 1,100 vehicles and equipment units, including fourteen BMW motorcycles assigned to the Police Department for traffic enforcement and public safety.
