The NYC Department of Youth & Community Development (DYCD) is seeking a qualified Minority and Women-Owned Business Enterprises (MWBE) vendor to provide HVAC maintenance services for DYCD offices at 123 William Street (17th and 18th floors) and seven portable units at 2 Lafayette Street. The contract involves on-call HVAC maintenance and repair, including preventive maintenance tasks such as inspection, cleaning, filter replacement, refrigerant checks, and emergency repairs. The contract term is anticipated from July 1, 2026, to June 30, 2029, with a total funding not to exceed $300,000.
