Description

The Town of Cary, North Carolina, intends to contract with qualified Janitorial Maintenance Contractors to provide janitorial maintenance services at various Town-owned facilities. The contract requires contractors to have at least five years of janitorial experience with municipalities or similar-sized private companies. Additional janitorial services beyond basic cleaning will be required, including the ability to respond to emergency requests during working and non-working hours and possible daytime porter service.
