Description

The Town of Cary, North Carolina, intends to contract with qualified Janitorial Maintenance Contractors to provide janitorial maintenance services at various Town-owned facilities. The contract requires contractors to have at least five years of janitorial experience with municipalities or similar-sized private companies. Additional janitorial services beyond basic cleaning will be required, including the ability to respond to emergency requests during working and non-working hours and possible daytime porter service. Pre-proposal conferences are scheduled from June 9th to June 12th, 2026, with questions due by June 26th, 2026, and final submissions due by July 17th, 2026.
