Description

This solicitation is for the upper roof replacement at 710 Sherman Pkwy, New Haven. The work includes removing existing roofing, drain assemblies, insulation, and flashings, remediating existing ACM tar flashing, replacing deteriorated portions of metal deck, raising the existing mechanical equipment roof hatch, extending plumbing vents, performing masonry repair on the chimney and parapet, and installing new roofing and insulation assembly, drains, and flashings.
