Forsyth County is seeking a licensed, qualified contractor to perform all aspects of HVAC/Refrigeration work including chiller service, compressor change outs, rooftop units, walk-in coolers, and troubleshooting HVAC-R equipment. The contractor must be licensed in North Carolina, have at least one staff member trained on industrial or commercial chiller equipment, and have a minimum of 10 years in commercial and industrial HVAC business. The contractor must provide a single point of contact, have a physical location within 30 miles of Winston-Salem, NC, and be able to respond to emergencies within 1 hour. Proof of meeting the County's minimum insurance requirements is also required.
