Description
The City is seeking a Consultant to provide a variety of MS4/NPDES related services on an as-needed basis. The Consultant will support all aspects of the NPDES program related to federal and state water regulations, including policy assessment, scientific understanding, and field implementation. Services include advising on policy issues, reviewing and updating ordinances and procedures, conducting design and WQMP reviews, and providing integrated inspection services. The Consultant will also support various City departments to ensure a comprehensive, integrated program and may initiate enforcement actions to ensure compliance with City ordinances.
