The Department of Defense, through the Air Education and Training Command at Joint Base San Antonio (JBSA) Lackland and the 502d Contracting Squadron, is seeking information from contractors for the supply and installation of two industrial-grade interior coil weathered service doors for Building 5077. - Government Buyer: - Department of Defense, Air Education and Training Command, 502d Contracting Squadron at JBSA Lackland - OEMs and Vendors: - Cornell Iron Works (specified OEM for the doors) - Products/Services Requested: - Two interior coil weathered service doors (Cornell Iron Works Model ESD10 or equal) - 22 gauge galvanized steel curtain - Standard gray factory finish - Extruded mill finish aluminum bottom bar - Lintel brush seal, single guide weathering, bottom bar astragal - Motor operated with photo eyes - 20psf wind load rating - Size: 20 feet x 20 feet - Installation services for both doors - Electrical installation for each door: - Dedicated 120 Volt 20 Amp circuit with disconnect - Hard wire connections - Control switches and motion sensors - Pull wire for controls - Unique/Notable Requirements: - Doors must secure the facility, protect assets from environmental damage, and prevent wildlife intrusion - Installation includes both mechanical and electrical work - Equivalent products to Cornell Iron Works Model ESD10 will be considered if they meet all salient characteristics - Place of Performance: - Building 5077, JBSA Lackland, TX (military base/federal facility)

The Government is only conducting market research and attaining information to identify contractors that can provide all items listed below and the cost associated to acquire these specific items/services. All information provided is STRICTLY VOLUNTARY.
