The Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) is seeking proposals for comprehensive Dell EMC hardware and software maintenance, support, and subscription services for its Division of Information Technology (DIT). - Government Buyer: - Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC), Division of Information Technology (DIT), DOA/ASB - OEM Highlight: - Dell EMC is the exclusive Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) for all requested products and services - Products and Quantities: - Wide range of Dell EMC hardware, including controllers (e.g., DD6900-CTL), IO modules, SSDs, CPUs, PowerMax storage systems, Avamar servers, and transceivers - Software and licenses such as Data Protection Advisor, PowerProtect Data Manager Foundation, and various PowerMax software suites - Notable high-quantity items: 1000 units of 7680GB EFD R57 CKD3390 Tracking Model (EZ-7680EFD-R57), 156 units of PowerProtect Data Manager Foundation (210-BTGP - 18173) - Maintenance and support services, including ProSupport Plus 4HR/MC hardware support, software maintenance, and "Keep Your Hard Drive" options - Unique/Notable Requirements: - All vendors must be authorized Dell EMC partners or the OEM itself - Compliance with federal supply chain risk management (SCRM) requirements - Submission of most favorable government pricing, certifications, and proof of partnership with Dell EMC - Support and maintenance coverage for both hardware and software, with some items requiring extended support through 2029 - Delivery to the FDIC DIT Distribution Center in Arlington, VA - Period of Performance: - Primary contract period is one year, with some hardware support extending up to three years (through 2029) for select items
Description
The Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) invites vendors to submit a quote in response to RFQ No. CORHQ‑26‑Q‑0200 for the FDIC Dell EMC (HM/SM) requirement. All offerors must use the provided Price Schedule template to submit pricing for all required line items and should include their most favorable discount to the Government. Any Terms and Conditions, End‑User License Agreements (EULAs), or Master Service Agreements (MSAs) must be submitted with the quote for incorporation into the resulting contract. The FDIC prefers Government‑approved terms.
Each quote submission shall include the following components, preferably as separate documents:
• Price Schedule Spreadsheet (REQUIRED) • Section K – Representations and Certifications (REQUIRED)
• SCRM INFORMATION (See Section J of RFQ) • Proof of active registration in SAM.gov (REQUIRED) • Proof of partnership with Dell EMC (REQUIRED) • EULAs, MSAs, or Warranty Terms (REQUIRED)
Quotes that do not include all required components listed above will not be considered for award. The selected awardee must have an active SAM.gov registration prior to contract award.
Questions regarding this RFQ must be submitted no later than 2:00 PM EST on June 4, 2026. All quotes must be submitted by 2:00 PM EST on June 11, 2026.
