Description

Stony Brook University Hospital intends to purchase Sanofi-Aventis U.S. Pharmaceutical Vaccine Products from a contract awarded pursuant to their authority under section 163(3)(vi), which authorizes the purchase of commodities from a consortium or comparable entity in lieu of using a centralized contract and without a formal competitive process when justified by price. Vendors who sell equivalent products may contact the listed officer to discuss the procurement. The procurement is subject to NYS Finance Law §139 j&k (Lobbying Law), restricting contact to the designated individual.
