Description

SUNY Stony Brook University Hospital intends to make an award under discretionary authority pursuant to NYS Education Law §355 (5) (a), up to $125,000, for the procurement of the Sonopet System. This procurement does not involve a sealed bid process. Vendors must provide proof of certification/licensure/authorization from Stryker for parts and/or training service prior to requesting scope. Interested parties must contact the designated campus contact within 15 business days of the advisement notice. The procurement is subject to NYS Finance Law §139 j&k (Lobbying Law), restricting permissible contact to the listed individual.
