The State of Utah - Division of Facilities Construction and Management (DFCM) is soliciting qualified firms or individuals to perform Programming & Design services for the Progressive Design-Build Trades & Technology Building at Dixie Technical College. This is Phase 2 of the State's pilot Progressive Design-Build procurement, aiming to select the Architect/Design Team to join the final Progressive Design-Build team.
