Description

The California Department of Technology (CDT), on behalf of the California Health and Human Services (CalHHS), Office of Technology and Solutions Integration (OTSI), will release a future request for proposal (RFP) to solicit services from qualified firms to provide electronic benefit transfer (EBT) services to the State of California. This pre-solicitation RFP is intended to gather feedback to refine the future RFP. The contract involves acquisition, implementation, transition, contract management, and day-to-day operations of California's EBT services, including Food and Cash assistance and WIC EBT services.
