Description

Sealed bids are being solicited for the construction of the FY 2025 CDBG - Circle Drive Infrastructure Improvements project. The work includes installing approximately 1,600 linear feet of 8-inch sanitary sewer main and 2,600 linear feet of 10-inch and 6-inch water mains, along with fire hydrants, valves, manholes, storm structures, pavement replacement, earthwork, grassing, erosion and sedimentation control, and related appurtenances. The project must be completed within 150 calendar days and will be awarded as a single contract.
