This Request for Expression of Interest (RFEOI) is the first step in a two-phase process; only respondents will be invited to bid in the subsequent Tender Phase. The project includes site preparation, structural, mechanical, electrical, and architectural work to deliver a building ready for occupancy. The estimated budget is approximately $19 million, covering construction costs, site work, utilities, systems, furniture, and inflation, excluding GST and other costs. Construction is expected to reach substantial completion within 660 days of contract award.
