Description

The OMH de Montréal (OMHM) is conducting a public open procedure for the partial repair of masonry, balconies, and roofs, including the replacement of guardrails and main entrance doors at Dufresne D residences located at 1800 and 1810 Dufresne Street and 2145 and 2155 Dorion Street, Montreal, in the Ville-Marie district. The project involves executing all works according to contractual documents, including replacement of exterior entrance doors, replacement of all bridging and guardrails on front balconies, replacement of marquees including soffits, patching joints, roof reconditioning including flashings and roofing equipment, partial replacement and reconditioning of balcony structures, repair of visible foundation walls, sidewalk and concrete surface repairs, new balcony underlayment slabs, landscaping works, external staircase reconstruction, and roof ladder installation. The work will be carried out in a building constructed in 1978, with 2 buildings, each with 3 floors and 12 units. The work duration is approximately 200 working days from the confirmed start date, and occupancy will continue during the work.
