Description

Naval Surface Warfare Center Carderock Division (NSWCCD) intends to solicit only one source under the authority of FAR Part 13.106-1(b) the Contracting Officer has determined that circumstances of the contract action deem only one source reasonably available. The Government intends to solicit to Michigan Engineering Services, Inc. for continued Energy Finite Element Analysis (EFEA) Technical Support, in accordance with attached Performance Work Statement (PWS).
