The Department of Veterans Affairs North Florida/South Georgia Veterans Health System (VHS) is seeking a turnkey Digital Signage and Interactive Screen System with multimedia patient education capabilities for its facilities. - Government Buyer: - Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 8 (NCO 8), Regional Procurement Office East - Scope of Procurement: - Firm-Fixed-Price contract for a comprehensive digital signage solution - Includes all supplies, materials, equipment, labor, supervision, management, and transportation - Turnkey delivery, installation, and maintenance of approximately 230 commercial-grade UHD digital signage displays with mounting hardware - Cloud-based content management software licensing and multimedia patient education platform (monthly licensing) - Wireless connectivity/cellular service for signage system (monthly service) - System maintenance, remote monitoring, technical support, and help desk services (monthly) - Onsite training for government personnel - Project management, mobilization, site survey, and initial system configuration - Notable Requirements: - Set aside exclusively for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB) - Full installation and activation required within 60 days of Notice to Proceed - Contract period includes a 1-year base and four 1-year option periods (up to 5 years total) - OEMs and Vendors: - No specific OEMs or vendors are named in the solicitation - Products/Services Requested (with quantities): - 230 digital signage displays and mounting hardware - 12 months of cloud-based content management and multimedia platform licensing (per year) - 12 months of wireless connectivity/cellular service (per year) - 12 months of system maintenance, technical support, and help desk (per year) - 1 project management and initial system configuration - 1 onsite training service - Place of Performance: - Multiple VA medical centers and clinics across North Florida and South Georgia, including Gainesville, Jacksonville, Lake City, Ocala, Tallahassee, The Villages, and select locations in Georgia

Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs intends to award a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) contract for the provision of all supplies, materials, equipment, labor, supervision, management, and transportation necessary to provide Digital Signage System and Service, in accordance with the requirements set forth herein.
