Description

The Government requires advanced software engineering, systems integration, and Research and Development services to develop, mature, and transition Command and Control (C2) software prototypes into operational Naval and Joint Programs of Record (PoR). This is a severable, follow-on effort to elevate the Technology Readiness Level (TRL) of newly and previously developed applications. **This requirement is for SEAPORT CONTRACT HOLDERS ONLY. PROPOSALS WILL ONLY BE ACCEPTED FROM CURRENT SEAPORT NXG CONTRACT HOLDERS.
