Post requires 2025-2027 model year SUV and passenger VANs (3 each) in previously unsold, new condition as replacement vehicles for current ICASS assets. Post intends to pursue a brand name or equal approach, citing Toyota Land Cruisers and Ford Transit (passenger vans) or equivalent models as the basis, respectively. Toyota and Ford models integrate with the current fleet to simplify support, and parts are the most readily available in Angola’s limited vehicle support market.
