The U.S. Army, through the 413th Contracting Support Brigade at Fort Shafter, Hawaii, is soliciting interpreter services and related support for Khaan Quest 2026 in Mongolia. - Government Buyer: - U.S. Army Contracting Command, 0413 AQ HQ CONTRACT AUG, Fort Shafter, HI - Scope of Services: - Interpreter services for U.S. military operations in Mongolia, including simultaneous interpretation for basic, tactical, and medical military discussions - Specialized interpreter roles: CPX, SES (classroom and practicum), ENG, Legal, Medical, PAO, ARFOR - Daily transportation for interpreters (primarily in Thailand, but main focus is Mongolia) - Defense Base Act insurance coverage - Quantities and Requirements: - Up to 23 interpreters fluent in English and Mongolian, working 12-hour days, 7 days a week, including holidays - Specific interpreter roles and daily quantities: e.g., 2-6 CPX interpreters, 4 SES (classroom), 4 SES (practicum), 3 ENG, 1 Legal, 1 Medical, 1 PAO, 1 ARFOR - Contractor must provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, transportation, and logistics support - Performance standards: error rate below 1%, quality control, and security compliance - No overnight travel required within Mongolia - Products/Services Requested: - Interpreter services (various roles and quantities) - Defense Base Act insurance - Unique/Notable Requirements: - All interpreters must be fluent in English and Mongolian - Work includes U.S. and Mongolian holidays - Contractor responsible for all logistics and support - Evaluation based on technical approach, experience, and price - OEMs and Vendors: - No specific OEMs or commercial vendors are named; this is a service-based procurement - Locations: - Primary: Ulaanbaatar and 5 Hills Training Area, Mongolia - Contracting office: Fort Shafter, HI; additional U.S. Army facilities in Hawaii - Some support/transportation services referenced in Thailand (Bangkok, Prachuap Khiri Khan), but main place of performance is Mongolia

Please see 52.212-1 for instructions and 52.212-2 for evaluation criteria in RFQ for further instructions.

Ensure to review PWS in it's entirety and ensure you complete the experience information worksheet ( 2 relevant projects)
