The Delivery Order was awarded on a sole source basis containing Firm Fixed Price CLINS under the Rockwell Collins, Inc. Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) N00421-21-G-0005 for the for the procurement and delivery of Weapons Replaceable Assembly (WRA)s as well as repair and return of existing WRAs for use in ongoing lab, ground, flight development, and testing in support of on-going Software Support and Risk Reduction efforts for the CH-53K Avionics Management System (AMS) upgrade; utilizing FAR Part 12- Acquisition of Commercial Items in support of PMA-209.
