This is a pre-solicitation notice to Sole Source.

Travis AFB has a requirement to purchase vertical carousels (megastations). Kardex the original equipment manufacturer (OEM) has issued a letter of exclusivity to Advanced Office Systems designating them as the only authorized retailer/servicer for the northern California Region of it's megastations. No other vendor is allowed to service these units and failure to abide by this would cause operational degradation. Thus, Advanced Office Systems is the only company uniquely qualified (sole source) to provide for the megastations.
