NASA is seeking annual maintenance and health check services for two KLA Tencor profilometer systems used in the Detector Development Lab at Goddard Space Flight Center. - Government Buyer: - NASA Goddard Space Flight Center (GSFC) - NASA Shared Services Center (NSSC) at Stennis Space Center (contracting office) - OEM Highlight: - KLA Tencor is the specified Original Equipment Manufacturer for both profilometer systems - Products/Services Requested: - Annual maintenance and health check services for: - KLA Tencor Model P7 Profilometer (UTID 7300282) - KLA Tencor Model P16+ Profilometer (UTID 7091797) - Service includes all parts and labor, on-site coverage Monday through Friday (excluding holidays), and a 24-business-hour response time - Unique/Notable Requirements: - On-site service coverage required during standard business days - 24-business-hour response time for service requests - All parts and labor must be included in the service - Services to be performed within a 12-month period after receipt of order - Locations: - Detector Development Lab, Building 30, Goddard Space Flight Center (place of performance) - NASA Shared Services Center, Stennis Space Center, MS (contracting office)
