This opportunity involves providing event tent rentals and installation services for the 2026 Defenders of Freedom Air and Space Show at Offutt Air Force Base. - Government Buyer: - U.S. Air Force, 55th Wing, 55th Contracting Squadron (FA4600 55 CONS PKP) at Offutt Air Force Base - OEMs and Vendors: - No specific OEMs or tent manufacturers are named; open to commercial tent rental providers - Products/Services Requested: - Rental, delivery, installation, and removal of: - One 40ft x 80ft command tent (clear-span, sidewalls, grass installation) - One 40ft x 75ft STEM tent (clear-span, sidewalls, grass installation) - Three 15ft x 30ft security tents (high frame, no sidewalls, concrete installation, accommodates 8 metal detectors each) - One 40ft x 135ft FSS sponsor tent (frame, no sidewalls, grass installation) - Weighted ballasts (concrete or water) for tents on concrete - Anchors for tents on grass, with dig permit coordination - All labor, materials, and coordination for installation and removal - Unique or Notable Requirements: - Tents must be installed by 8:00 AM on the event start date and removed after the event concludes - Security and background checks required for contractor personnel - Coordination with Offutt Air Show Office and 55th Civil Engineering Squadron for dig permits - Compliance with specific installation requirements for grass and concrete surfaces

Description

The 55th Contracting Squadron has an ongoing requirement to rent event tents for use at the 2026 Offutt Air Force Base "Defenders of Freedom" Air and Space Show. The Government requires the rental of:

One (1) 40ft x 80ft tent - will serve as our command tent (GRASS) One (1) 40ft x 75ft tent - will serve as our STEM tent (GRASS) Three (3) 15ft x 30ft tent - will serve as our security tents (CONCRETE) One (1) 40ft x 135ft tent - will serve as FSS Sponsor tent (Grass)

In addition to the tents, the contractor will be responsible for providing weight ballasts (concrete or water) for all tents placed on the concrete. For all tents placed on grass, the contractor will be responsible for proving anchors and the coordination of a dig permit with the Offutt Air Show Office and 55th Civil Engineering Squadron.

In accordance with the Statementt of Work, all labor and materials must be delivered no later than 3:00 PM CDT on 6 August 2026. All tents shall be set up/installed no later than 8:00 AM CDT on 7 August 2026. Removal of tents shall begin no earlier than 3:00 PM CDT on 9 August 2026.
