Levee Rehabilitation Construction Services for Missouri Levee Districts

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers is seeking construction services for levee rehabilitation at Saline County Levee District #2, Ray Carroll Levee District, and Howard County Levee District #4 in Missouri. - Government Buyer: - U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (Kansas City District, CECT-NWK Contracting Division) - Scope of Work: - Clearing and grubbing of borrow areas (excluding mature trees marked by the Corps) - Installation of perimeter and temporary project safety fencing - Placement of warning signs every 150 feet and at all entry points - Erosion control materials (blanket, fabric, net) to be installed after seeding - Sheet piling installation (no coating required) - Soil property testing for contractor-furnished borrow areas - Levee embankment repair (approx. 850 cubic yards over 111,000 feet of levee) - Excavation and repair of levee embankments using borrow material - Construction of typical levee cross-sections and staging areas - Impervious fill placement within specified moisture content limits (per ASTM D698) - Notable Requirements: - Contractors must determine haul distances and means/methods - No boring data provided for borrow material or sheet pile locations - Preconstruction air permits required for equipment under the Clean Air Act (notify Air Program Manager at least 6 months in advance) - Site safety measures including fencing and signage - Contract duration is 365 calendar days from notice to proceed - No specific OEMs, part numbers, or proprietary products are referenced; this is a construction and materials procurement.

This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for commercial items prepared in accordance with the information in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13 using Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP). This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a written solicitation will not be issued. PAPER COPIES OF THIS SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE. This combined synopsis/solicitation will be posted to the System for Award Management at https://sam.gov/ and/or Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE) at https://piee.eb.mil. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The RFQ number is N5005426Q0134. This solicitation documents and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect though FAC 2026-01 and the DFARS Change notice 20251110. The Mid-Atlantic Regional Maintenance Center (MARMC) requests responses from qualified sources capable of providing the END FITTING, 4 Inch HOSE that are identified in the attached Statement of Work (SOW). All parts shall be new. No refurbished or used parts will be accepted.
