Sealed proposals will be received by Harris County for site preparation and paving work at the Harris County Airport. Bidding documents are available for purchase in digital or printed format from the Office of the Engineer, Lead Edge Design Group, Inc. Bidders must obtain documents at least 24 hours prior to the bid opening and be on the Engineer’s Plan Holders List. All bidders must be licensed as required by the State of Georgia, and questions must be submitted in writing by June 18, 2026.
