Description

This Request for Proposal (RFP) is issued to obtain English as a second language training services for employees of Statistics Canada. The contract duration is 12 months with four optional one-year extensions. The procurement method is open bidding and the evaluation criteria are based on the highest combined rating of technical merit (60%) and price (40%). Only Canadian suppliers and suppliers of an applicable trading partner are eligible to submit offers. Contractor personnel requiring access to PROTECTED information must hold a valid RELIABILITY STATUS granted or approved by the CSP, PWGSC.
