Description
The City of Regina is soliciting proposals for the 2026/2027 Expressway Lighting Rehab Construction project. The work involves the replacement of underground cable and luminaires along designated sections of Lewvan Drive to maintain nighttime visibility, improve roadway safety, and reduce maintenance burdens. The City will supply the luminaires, while the contractor is responsible for procuring and installing all other materials including cables and conduits. The project is critical due to the poor condition of existing expressway lighting infrastructure within city limits.
