This Request for Proposal (RFP) is for the purchase of a contract to provide Session Initiation Protocol ("SIP") Trunking and Transport Services, Analog telephone services, and network on demand services. The Lone Star College System (LSCS) is seeking proposals from companies capable of delivering these telecommunications services. LSCS serves over 80,000 credit students each semester across 23 locations in the greater Houston area and aims to support student success through high-quality, low-cost education. Proposals must be submitted electronically through the Lone Star College System eBid system by June 19, 2026, at 12:00 PM (CT).
