Description

The Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Agribusiness of Ontario is seeking market information and indicative cost ranges for a Software as a Service (SaaS) Digital Asset Management (DAM) system with an expected usable lifespan of up to six years. The system must provide a secure, scalable, and accessible centralized repository for digital assets such as images, videos, design files, and documents, supporting features like version control, metadata management, advanced search, workflows, reporting, AI-enabled automation, and usage rights tracking. It should integrate with Government of Ontario systems, support internal and external users, offer multilingual public interfaces in English and French, comply with WCAG 2.2 AA accessibility standards, and include secure asset sharing with time-based controls and integrations with creative tools.
