Description
The District of Columbia Office of the Chief Financial Officer, Office of Contracts, on behalf of the Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO), requires the Contractor to provide implementation of Zendesk Enterprise Suite licenses including all associated support services, maintenance provisions, and technical capabilities necessary to sustain and enhance the OCFO's service management operations. The contract includes two option periods of one year each, with no options exercised yet. The contract term starts on May 22, 2026, and ends on May 21, 2027.
